Our company, Scandinavian & UK Machines, currently offers the SUMAB K-40, a mobile concrete batching plant.

The SUMAB K-40 is used to produce high-quality concrete and concrete mixes in volumes of 30-40 m3 per hour. The specific performances of the plant capacity vary depending on the type of concrete being produced and on which aggregates are used, the cement and quantity of chemical additives.

The batching plant is mounted on a container frame and can be transported on a 40 foot open top container.

• 4 aggregate storages

• Mixer 1500/1000 liters

• Additive pump

• High pressure compressor

• Computer: Siemens (100 concrete “recipes”).

Batching plant equipped with comfortable cabin and automatic control system.

• The modern computer system Siemens enables you to produce 100 recipes and sorts of concrete. You can print each mixture of ready batch in kilograms and percent, that prevents the theft of cement or aggregates in the preparation of a concrete mix.

Other options that can be delivered include a cement silo, cement screws, belt conveyers to supply ready-mixed concrete from the mixer.
