Packaging machine

The corn packer is a packaging machine designed for the rapid storage in film sleeves of corn and wet and dry cereal grains. The packer can also be used to pack beet pulp, fruit pulp, beer wort and fermentation residues. With the packer, you can forget about investing in expensive warehouses and silos.

Design

The construction of the machine is made exclusively of high-quality materials, which guarantees robustness and a long service life. Its compact size allows it to be used with most tractors available on medium-sized farms.

Hopper

Large capacity hopper with dimensions of 2.80 m. X 2.30 m. And a filling height of 2.53 m., it can store 3.7 m³ of material. In addition, this volume can be increased by installing an optional extension. The inspection windows used allow for constant inspection.

Performance

A high-performance screw conveyor with a coil thickness of 10 mm and a feeder tube with a diameter of 455 mm x 8 mm enables operation with a capacity of 220 - 350 t/h, depending on the material being packed. The machine is equipped with a brake, thanks to which it is possible to adjust the filling force.

Tunnel

The packer is equipped with a 9' tunnel (2.7 m sleeve diameter). The film sleeve is mounted quickly and efficiently by means of an installed winch, and a shelf supporting the sleeve ensures stable operation.

Moving parts

All moving parts are equipped with grease-free polymer plain bearings manufactured by the German company igus. This significantly extends the service life of the components and improves user comfort.
